With over a decade of teaching experience, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life on a variety of recipes and techniques. The culinary world is so vast, and while I don’t claim to know it all, I do have plenty of knowledge to share. Together, I’ll help you gain confidence, have fun, and create something truly delicious!

A la Carte – $150 per hour
What's Included: What you see is what you pay! All prices are all-inclusive, covering everything you need for an exceptional culinary experience. This includes all the food and equipment, personalized hands-on instruction, credit card processing fees, an apron to wear during class, and bottled water to keep you refreshed. No hidden fees, just everything you need to focus on cooking and having fun!
The only exception? If you request a specific recipe that requires very specialized ingredients, there may be an upcharge. But don’t worry—I’ll always tell you in advance and get your approval first. I will never suggest anything that bumps up the cost, but I keep this option open for specialized request. I like to keep things simple and transparent, so no surprises! Promise.

The First Lesson
For all package lessons, we’ll kick things off with knife skills, because, well, you need to chop before you can walk or in this case cook! You’ll spend this hour slicing and dicing like a pro while making a veggie stir-fry. Spoiler alert: It’s delicious and a great confidence booster.
Custom Lessons Designed for You
After the first session, it’s all about your culinary goals. Want to nail a crème brûlée, master gluten-free baking, or perfect your pasta-making skills? I’ve got you covered. Sessions are customized to what you want to learn.

Here’s the fun part: if you book a 6 or 12 hour package, you can mix and match your session lengths as long as it’s in hour or half-hour increments.

I only take on a small number of private students, so depending on demand, you might go on a waiting list. Most sessions happen on weekday evenings, but we’ll find a schedule that works for both of us!
